There's a baby in your belly

So yesterday, Jenna came and woke me up from my nap. She crawled in bed with me and she was acting so crazy! I had to fuss and tell her to please not kick mommy in her belly because there was a baby in there. So, Jenna kissed my belly and said, "Hey baby brudder. I love you!!" over and over again! Then she told me there was a baby in her belly. I told her that only mommies had babies in their bellys. "There's a baby in my eye, mommy! A baby in my eye!" she exclaimed!! How do you explain that one!?! hahaha!
We are 15 weeks pregnant today and Wednesday I will go for my "weigh in" appointment. That's what I call those where you go, get weighed, pee in a cup, blood pressure checked, and baby's heart beat heard. And after this weigh in we will schedule my next ultrasound to see what little Mills is!!!!I can't wait!!!!

Life on the Mills Farm

The Mills Farm........began June 14th, 2003. Many things have happened the past 6 1/2 years we have been in operation! Jack (Bubba) and I have a pretty awesome marriage (not perfect...but who is?), 2 daughters--Makayla Grace born August 3rd, 2005 and Jenna LaFleur born January 24th, 2008. We also have 2 dogs...Jess Bell adopted into our family July 2003...old, lazy, stubborn, but still sweet Boston Terrier and Jolie LaFleur adopted November 2009...laid back, crazy Miniature Schnauzer. We also have a baby on the way!! In 3 weeks we will find out what this little one is....Makayla and Jenna know it's a boy! We'll see. The baby is due August 22nd!
We are in the ministry. My husband is the camp Minister (not a manager he says) at Clara Springs Baptist Camp in Pelican, Louisiana. If you don't know where this is.....you should find out!! It is a beautiful place God has blessed us with serving at!
www.clarasprings.com is our website! I am in charge of the Kitchen!!! Thank God I love to cook and love even more to serve.
Everyday is a NEW adventure. Running the camp, raising kids, and just the everyday of trying to survive is an adventure to us!! Makayla who is in prek.....and thinks she's 15 is becoming such a funny little person. Jenna the big 2 year old is becoming more and more comical in her own sly way...she is her father's child!!
Would I ever change anything about the Mills Farm? Not right now! I love this life God has given us! Stay tuned for more adventures on The Mills Farm!
